Through a combination of coursework and supervised fieldwork, CLTC provides students with a knowledge of the procedures and regulations required by employers to work efficiently and safely in the field of Telecommunications.

Amy Tevis, Director

  • Associate in Specialized Business-Secretarial Sciences;

  • Bachelor of Arts in Accounting;

  • 5-Year member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM);

  • Worked 15 years in Post Secondary Education;

  • Worked 13 years in Telecommunication/Utility Construction​

John Dudenhoefer, Director of Instruction

  • Journeyman Lineman/Foreman, 16 years of experience;

  • Safety Director/Risk Manager, 2.5 years of experience;

  • Area Manager over 4 states, 2 years of experience;

  • Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Operations, 2.5 years of experience;

  • Telecommunication Business Owner, 6 years of experience

Jeannette Brown

  • Associate Degree in Business Marketing-Management;

  • 20 years of active License Pactical Nurse Degree;

  • Notary Public;

  • MDS Coordinator;

  • Medical Case Manager;

  • 8 years in Telecommunications/Utility Construction

Our History

The Career Line Training Center opened its doors in 2018 when there was a shortage of workers and a projection that it would not improve quickly. 

 

It is the vision of CLTC to help grow the workforce of Telecommunication linemen throughout the industry. The program will teach students all the skills needed to help get them working upon graduation as they will have the necessary training and knowledge.
