WHO WE ARE
The Career Line Training Center (CLTC) opened its doors in 2018 when there was a shortage of workers and a projection that it would not improve quickly.
It is the vision of CLTC to help grow the workforce of Telecommunication linemen throughout the industry. The program will teach students all the skills needed to help get them working upon graduation as they will have the necessary training and knowledge. This shortage of skilled linemen has become so recognized, CLTC has partnered with unions in Pennsylvania and Ohio to build an apprentice program.
